Dealership Service Review
Had my van towed to the dealership for them to keep it two days charge me $100 to check it and tell me it was a fuse. Van alarm kept malfunctioning they had me take it to an alarm place they deal with for them to tell me $30 to rip out my alarm....Took it to a backyard mechanic for free he recommended me taking it to auto zone to have the battery checked and that is what it was. New battery from sams club all the issues resolved. I'm not pleased at all I wasted $100 at the dealership for noting when I could have purchased the battery there and not had to have wasted time and gas driving around on a wild goose chase. A battery!!!!!! All they did was took my money and sent me out the door they did not care the manager never called me back so no I'm not happy at all!!!!
