Dealership Service Review
I went in for a squeak and they couldnt her/find it however told me thre was another issue that needed to be addressed (not found a couple months earlier when in) I had the repair done in hope that contributed to the noise I was hearing. I was told everything in the area I was hearing the noise was sound. I did not hear the oise right away and figured the new part did help. However just recently (coupe months later) I am beginning to hear the noise again. because its happens intermittently I know they will not be able to diagnose the noise. I don't blame the dealership as they are on a schedule to service many others and although they did what they could am still a bit disappointed I am beginning to have the same issue repeat. All I can do is wait until it gets bad enough and hope its not something that will cause more harm by not being found out early enough. I will go back to Matick when the time comes because they are courteous and do their best to service all their customers in a timely manner. I do feel the service team at Matick are some of the Best and have a very difficult job in taking care of multiple customers at once. They do their best to accommodate the customers in offering transportation for those who cannot wait and try to make comfortable those who choose to wait and options of timeliness to make that decision.
