    Had an excellent service experience at George Matick Chevrolet for my ignition switch recall repair. The day I went in, we had a death in the family. I expected to have a negative experience at the dealer (as I almost always have at other dealerships), and the fact that I was having a bad day already just made me cringe at the thought of going in for service. Much to my surprise, the service advisor was kind, friendly, and did everything he possibly could to make my experience hassle free. They said my car looked great, and there was no additional work that needed to be completed (which shocked me, considering repair shops always try to get you to spend more money). I felt like I was well taken care of, respected, and received an honest service evaluation. When I went back in to pick up my car later that day, the service advisor remembered my name and took me immediately. He was really a great guy! Thanks George Matick Chevrolet, I'll definitely be back for more service, and most likely to purchase my next vehicle when the time comes!

    My experience was amazing! I walked in very unsure of what I wanted. Gary, who I worked with was very patient with me. He sat with me for over 4 hours helping me understand everything I was concerned about and to make my final decision. I never once felt pressured to make a decision or taken advantage of. My overall experience was beyond great! I walked out with everything I wanted, within a price range that was better than I expected! I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone!

    We walked into George Matick, met Danielle F., told her we had a lease to turn in and what we wanted, and later that day picked up our new vehicle. Overall we were very impressed with the entire operation, and we would definitely go back to this dealer again!

    I purchase a 2014 Cruze on Oct. 23, 2014. My sales person (John Shebat) was absolutely great and very accommodating. My best friend went the following week and purchased a 2014 Sonic and she is so happy.

    Seemless experience. Dropped my car off on a Monday morning for body work. Was able to procure a rental right there, and was off to work in 10 mins. That Friday after work picked my car up. The car looked showroom new! Couldn't be more pleased. The ladies in the service department Lana Bell and Faith Bolt were awesome! They really helped turn an unpleasant experience into a positive one.

    I had a strange electrical problem with my 2013 Volt. Took it to Matick (where I leased the vehicle from), described the problem to the service representative. He said it might take some time to diagnose the problem so he set me up with a loaner and I was on my way. Called me the next day to let me know it was a special part that needed to be ordered and would take a few days to get. He called me three days later and said the work was done. Also got an oil change at the same time. The Volt was back in working condition from a problem that they said they've never seen before. It was a very smooth experience.

    I called Matick looking for au white Traverse that I saw online on Matick's website. I called and set up an appointment that same day. My salesperson LaTonya was nice. She got the process of getting me into the Traverse going while dealing with other issues that were brought to her by other co-workers. The pricing for the traverse was just were I wanted it and I was able to drive off with my new 2014 traverse by mid-afternoon. Good experience overall.

    Just picked up my impala a few weeks ago! This transaction was smooth and simple! My salesman Sam was determined to get the deal done! Everyone from the sales manager was very professional and friendly! This will be my future stop when the time comes!

    I went in thinking this was going to be just another car shopping experience - and it wasn't. They were pleasant, friendly, and I felt no pressure. I went in having done my research and they were open and honest. I felt I got a great deal and will recommend Matick Chevy to my friends.

    I was impressed with my Service Advisor and the vehicle was ready when promised. I was also glad to learn they have a program where you earn points, so not all my money is going to waste! Otherwise, good people at a good price.

    I purchased a used car from George Matick Chevrolet. My salesperson was Sam. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed. Also, I did not get any pressure to purchase. I appreciate the service I received from this dealership. I look forward to bringing my car in to be serviced.

    Sales staff is amazingly accommodating. Whether new or used, everyone goes out of their way to make sure the customer is more than satisfied! Have purchased three vehicles in four years and will continue to do so!

    I visited another dealership closer to my home before visiting George Matick. I was looking to lease a Chevy Volt. I brought in Matick's ad to the first dealer and they said they could match the price. However, I also had an employee appreciation certificate for $2000. The dealer told me that they were unable to use the full amount at their franchise. I went straight to Matick to see if they would be able to use my certificate. Danielle greeted my dad and I at the door, sat us down and quickly ran the numbers for the same Chevy Volt I asked for at the first dealer. Turns out, since Matick is such a large franchise, they were able to use the full $2000 certificate no problem. I was not oversold. I told Danielle exactly what I wanted and she found me a car within two days. I will never go to a different Chevrolet dealership. Matick is where it's at if you want great service!

    The engine light came on in my daughters car when I was driving it. I went to George Matick Chevrolet because it's close to where I work. After my car was inspected, I was told that I needed $2,000 in repairs - specifically a new fly wheel for my transmission, that I NEEDED my fuel injectors cleaned (an upsell) and a new catalytic converter. I declined the repair and drove an hour to Al Serra Chevrolet where they confirmed I did need the catalytic converter but not the fly wheel replacement which was a $1,000 repair itself. I wouldn't recommend George Matick Chevrolet to anyone for service.

    I purchased a 2014 Volt this week and I got a fair price. I took time and looked at many dealers selection and prices and found just what I wanted at Maticks. Gary was my salesman and he was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain all my options and was not pushy to just make a sale. A+++ to this dealership. I'm hoping the service dept. is great also.

    Have three vehicles from Matick and their service department is great! Quicker than you would expect and never send anything back for the same problem!

    I have bought my last 4 cars from Matick, however this is my first used car. Only one month after purchasing the used car (in December), I came outside to find all 4 of my windows had came down. Please note that there is no special feature to make all the windows go down, and I did not let them down myself. I take my car into service and was told they couldn't find anything wrong. It has been a year later and once again, I come outside (in January) to find all my windows down (x2). I take it back to service only to find out that my warranty has expired. When I inquired as to how much it would cost for service, I was told "It might be $50 or it might be $1,000." I don't know about anyone else but I find this disturbing. If a customer has reported a factory/technical issue and then returns to service with the same exact issue, warranty or not, I believe the vehicle should have been at least looked at and repaired. There is nothing I can do to make all my windows come down while the car is shut off.
