Very easy to get truck repaired
by Dudly2rite on 03/30/2022Service tech greeted me promptly. Agreed on course of action. Part was ordered. Called when part arrived. Drivers took me home and picked me up twice. No wait. Fixed truck and I was on my way. I find it very easy doing business with this… dealership. This is not where I bought the truck. All service work and oil changes are done here on all my vehicles.New vehicle purchase.

They Replaced it under warranty and they found another light that wasn’t working on the inside, called and we ok’ed the fix. Got it done quick and they were able to get… it all fixed in one trip which was awesome. Hassle free service and great people who actually care about your time.Oil change

May not return next time... glad I didn't have an appointment I needed to be elsewhere. I will say the… technicians were very friendly... minus the one sitting on a stool playing on his phone the whole time.Professional

They were pretty busy as I waited in line for an 1 hr and 45 mins which is no big deal. I was treated with respect and the customer service was great. I'd like to especially thank my sales woman Ashley D for going above and beyond for us. She is a great asset to… that company! She helped us through a GMC fresh build of a GMC Sierra 2500 HD, kept us updated through the process and when it finally came in went the extra mile to get it in our hands in less than 24 hours. She's top notch. We will for sure be heading back in the future for our next buy.Mixed emotions
by Matt on 03/24/2022I brought my car to Wenzel's twice, once for an oil change and due to time restraints I brought it back later in the day for a coolant flush and tire rotation. The quality of service and customer service were great. They were respectful and… kind at every step of the way. The only thing that was frustrating was the length of time it took. I was in line and waited for over an hour to get my oil change and then it took 2+ hours to do the flush and rotation. The length of waiting was my only problem with my service.Pit row

He helped me find the perfect car and was patient with me as a weighed out my options. Every… question I had, he was able to answer or find someone who could answer it. When it came to the financing process, their financial consultant helped me find an even better percentage than I was looking for and kept me informed of the whole process. It felt very transparent and everyone was helpful. Finally, I feel their prices were fair, and they were willing to make a deal to work within my budget. If you’re car shopping, definitely make this dealership one of your stops!Review

When I asked why it wasn’t $329 I was told there were other costs that had to be included. I really feel like… this was not right. I found it very upsetting.Friendly service, but way over priced.

I got quoted $1,300 for some front end work on my truck. I had a local shop that specializes in front end quote… and it was $750.So so customer service?
by Donald Trump on 03/19/2022I bought a nice Sierra Truck from them. My sales rep was Mallory, whose awesome! But the gal in their service dept sucked! I think her name was Christy? She told me originally I had 2 free oil changes, which I already used the 1st one. I… drove up only to hear her tell me, nope you only get one! That she made a mistake? So I brought an AL Sierra oil change add w/me & asked if they would honor their special? Once again, nope! So I'm ticked at this moment & went to speak to the Mgr. Thats when I ran into my sales gal Mallory, who was so sweet & offered to pay for my oil change:) I told he I didn't want her to have to pay for it. So she went back & talked to another gentlemen who did honor the deal special. But didn't realize he they were gonna jack for another $15 for tire rotation, since he asked me if I wanted them to do that w/my oil change? But if I hadn't of ran into Mallory, I wouldve Never gone back there to buy another vehicle! But I will go back bc she KNOWS how to take care of her clients/customers! But to me [non-permissible content removed] in the service dept were willing to Lose a Loyal customer over a stupid oil change, until Mallory stepped up & took the Bull by the horns:) And dealerships wonder why they Lose American customers? Duh? Cuz you suck at customer satisfaction! This has been the knock forever w/American car industry=Lousy customer service😡Great Service!!

Never again
by Fed Up on 03/18/2022We've been having trouble lately with the service at Wenzel, but this last time was the end of the rope for us. My husband brought his car in to have an oil change and tires rotated. The lugnuts have plastic caps over them which are easy to… remove. The technician apparently couldn't figure it out and proceeded to destroy them all by seemingly trying to drill them off or something. Who knows. There were also 3 missing after it was over. He must not have been able to get them off so then told my husband he could not rotate the tires because the wheels had locking lugnuts. The car does NOT have any locking lugnuts. My husband verified this. The tech also said the lugnuts were warped and the car needed new ones. Not sure how he knew that considering he couldn't even get the plastic caps off to see them. It's a shame this dealership has nose dived so low and become the clown show it is today. We won't be back and we'll warn everyone we know in Davison.
