I brought my car to Wenzel's twice, once for an oil change and due to time restraints I brought it back later in the day for a coolant flush and tire rotation. The quality of service and customer service were great. They were respectful and kind at every step of the way. The only thing that was frustrating was the length of time it took. I was in line and waited for over an hour to get my oil change and then it took 2+ hours to do the flush and rotation. The length of waiting was my only problem with my service.
