I bought a nice Sierra Truck from them. My sales rep was Mallory, whose awesome! But the gal in their service dept sucked! I think her name was Christy? She told me originally I had 2 free oil changes, which I already used the 1st one. I drove up only to hear her tell me, nope you only get one! That she made a mistake? So I brought an AL Sierra oil change add w/me & asked if they would honor their special? Once again, nope! So I'm ticked at this moment & went to speak to the Mgr. Thats when I ran into my sales gal Mallory, who was so sweet & offered to pay for my oil change:) I told he I didn't want her to have to pay for it. So she went back & talked to another gentlemen who did honor the deal special. But didn't realize he they were gonna jack for another $15 for tire rotation, since he asked me if I wanted them to do that w/my oil change? But if I hadn't of ran into Mallory, I wouldve Never gone back there to buy another vehicle! But I will go back bc she KNOWS how to take care of her clients/customers! But to me [non-permissible content removed] in the service dept were willing to Lose a Loyal customer over a stupid oil change, until Mallory stepped up & took the Bull by the horns:) And dealerships wonder why they Lose American customers? Duh? Cuz you suck at customer satisfaction! This has been the knock forever w/American car industry=Lousy customer service😡
