I went to Todd Wenzel for an oil change, as I always do for my vehicle. They were pretty busy as I waited in line for an 1 hr and 45 mins which is no big deal. I was treated with respect and the customer service was great. There was communication with everyone and even me, and I definitely appreciated it.
