Took over 65 minutes for the "quick " oil change. Two cars ahead of me. Typically these are much faster. Never have I waited so long. May not return next time... glad I didn't have an appointment I needed to be elsewhere. I will say the technicians were very friendly... minus the one sitting on a stool playing on his phone the whole time.
