My car or your car
by Unhappy on 08/13/2024Service kept my car for over a month and a half for “ part on order “. Unless I initiated request for status heard nothing. When I did initiate request for status update was told no idea when part would arrive. Finally received notice car… was repaired but clear car was kept under a pine tree as car had sap and pine needles all over. Buyer beware
by Poor customer service on 07/24/2024This dealership has poor customer service from sales to service, unless you can get the attention of management. The hold time on phone calls is ridiculous. Often no one answers at all. Rarely do they return phone calls. After my car was… purchased I had issues with the car as soon as I left the dealership. My salesperson and her direct assistant sales manager avoided my calls until I physically showed up at the dealership. Remarkably, this finally got things moving. My salesperson and her assistant manager also tried to tell me I could not have a loaner for my used vehicle needing repairs immediately after I bought it. Obviously, this was not the case. My sales person assured me the surface scratches would be buffed out before pick up, this clearly didn’t happen but there were so many other undisclosed issue I let this go. The dealership also claims to inspect used cars. So I’m not sure how they missed the two missing puddle lights (with wires hanging out) and lane change assist shutting down at 45mph (among other things)! To have all the issues repaired it took a month and a half after purchase. If I had not been vigilant the dealership would have easily pushed me aside. I went to, what I thought was a reputable dealer for a pre-owned BMW. I thought this would save me the headache of undisclosed issues. I was wrong! I will never purchase a car here again. And with all the issues this car had, no one, from sales to service, has ever called to follow up and make sure I was satisfied or apologize for the nonsense, time and effort it has taken to get things right. Although I did receive two identical thank you notes from my salesperson thanking me for my purchase, ha! Shame on them!Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. Service recovery

When it was ready, Yordany arranged for an Uber to bring me back to the dealership.… Outstanding service recovery.Hi Gayle! Customer Service Receptionist treated me like a criminal
by John Shocik on 04/12/2024I had a scheduled oil change here. This was supposed to be a free oil change as part of the negotiation in buying this car here last year (2 free oil changes). When checkout time came, I saw they tried to charge me. I explained I'm supposed… to receive 2 free oil changes as part of the sales agreement. I told this to the service receptionist, & also said I had documentation in my car proving so, I just needed my keys to get it as they had my car locked. She refused to give me the keys. I told her I wasn't going anywhere except to get the documentation to prove my point. She still refused. Why I asked, they have ALL my information. It wasn't like I was going to skip out on the free oil change. A supervisor came & further tried to shame me for getting into a debate for what was clearly their mistake. After the service advisor came to see what the issue was, I told him what happened, what I expected, & where the documentation was in my car. After he retrieved it, they saw I was correct in what I expected, the free oil change. The service advisor thanked me & apologized for the misunderstanding, but the service receptionist & her supervisor said nothing, like it was my fault.John, We're disappointed to hear about your experience. The Best for the Best

The technical people are patient and explain the intricacies of the BMW in language… that is easy to understand. Yordanys (service department) was very easy to be with and spent his time explaining in understandable language what would be the best options for taking care of my BMW without having to spend a fortune maintaining my BMW. I thoroughly enjoy driving my BMW. (Thanks Herb for making my experiences with BMW always outstanding. Best to you!)Hi Jim! I have never felt pressured or encouraged to have unnecessary repairs done. The… cost has not been inexpensive, but in the long run worth the confidence and peace of mind that I have in the service. Scheduling is efficient and customer relations cordial. Having the car clean and washed at pickup is a welcome amenity. In my most recent service, I could not schedule an appointment ahead of time since I had just got back… from a long trip. Since I did not have an appointment, I did not mind waiting for long (even expected to be turned away). However, as I was waiting in the waiting area, Yordanys kindly approached me first to see if I needed anything. I told him my situation and what I needed, and he promptly and kindly helped me out.
