Dealership Service Review
This dealership has poor customer service from sales to service, unless you can get the attention of management. The hold time on phone calls is ridiculous. Often no one answers at all. Rarely do they return phone calls. After my car was purchased I had issues with the car as soon as I left the dealership. My salesperson and her direct assistant sales manager avoided my calls until I physically showed up at the dealership. Remarkably, this finally got things moving. My salesperson and her assistant manager also tried to tell me I could not have a loaner for my used vehicle needing repairs immediately after I bought it. Obviously, this was not the case. My sales person assured me the surface scratches would be buffed out before pick up, this clearly didn’t happen but there were so many other undisclosed issue I let this go. The dealership also claims to inspect used cars. So I’m not sure how they missed the two missing puddle lights (with wires hanging out) and lane change assist shutting down at 45mph (among other things)! To have all the issues repaired it took a month and a half after purchase. If I had not been vigilant the dealership would have easily pushed me aside. I went to, what I thought was a reputable dealer for a pre-owned BMW. I thought this would save me the headache of undisclosed issues. I was wrong! I will never purchase a car here again. And with all the issues this car had, no one, from sales to service, has ever called to follow up and make sure I was satisfied or apologize for the nonsense, time and effort it has taken to get things right. Although I did receive two identical thank you notes from my salesperson thanking me for my purchase, ha! Shame on them!
