Dealership Service Review
I had a scheduled oil change here. This was supposed to be a free oil change as part of the negotiation in buying this car here last year (2 free oil changes). When checkout time came, I saw they tried to charge me. I explained I'm supposed to receive 2 free oil changes as part of the sales agreement. I told this to the service receptionist, & also said I had documentation in my car proving so, I just needed my keys to get it as they had my car locked. She refused to give me the keys. I told her I wasn't going anywhere except to get the documentation to prove my point. She still refused. Why I asked, they have ALL my information. It wasn't like I was going to skip out on the free oil change. A supervisor came & further tried to shame me for getting into a debate for what was clearly their mistake. After the service advisor came to see what the issue was, I told him what happened, what I expected, & where the documentation was in my car. After he retrieved it, they saw I was correct in what I expected, the free oil change. The service advisor thanked me & apologized for the misunderstanding, but the service receptionist & her supervisor said nothing, like it was my fault.
