Three and a half hour wait for Service Completion-What do you want me to do
by NS on 05/07/2025I was the first appointment at 7:30am for an oil change and to check a rear left tire and back hatch light that was out. Three and a half hours later my car was ready with several customers being completed before me. Even the Service Manger… was surprised I was still there. When checking out I informed my service representative I was not happy. He responded what do you want me to do? You can speak to the Service Manager …I just said I understand dealing with the public is different but I am just giving you some corrective criticism that is not the correct response to a customer and leave it at that…..Also he forgot to take off the coupon I presented, which I noticed and he corrected, seems overworked. I had a terrible service experience! The last two experiences were not up to par.I'm sorry to hear about your recent service experience. It sounds like we fell short in providing the timely and attentive care you deserve, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Oil / Lube Service w a Plus

Reassuring to know that the service department has the same quality standards for this as they do with a thermostat / sensor replacement. The wash, multi… point inspection, tire check/pressure are nice complementary touch. A knowledgeable employee can make a difference
by Arlen on 01/28/2025My opinion of the Cadillac of Lynnfield service department changed with the efforts of one Mark Gelinas whose outstanding attention to detail needs to be commended. I have had a persistent problem with the 2023 CT5 I leased from Chambers.… I have tried to get this issue resolved with the sales person [who does not return calls once the car is taken by the customer] the service manager and others in the service department. I gave up on doing future business with Chambers till my experience with Mark who made sure ALL reported issues were addressed. Unrepaired Squeaky Brakes
by Diane Belleville on 01/18/2025Had my 2024 XT5 car in there 6-8 times for squeaky brakes. Contacted GM about it also. Bottom line is this per their service tech and service manager. It is normal to have your brakes squeak every time you apply them. It's because of the… material that GM uses. Really? I have never had this happen in any of my Cadillacs before or another 2023 Cadillac I currently own. GM opened a case and then gave me GM points and closed the case. Guess they were hoping that would pacify me. Clearly it does not. Contacted them every day for three weeks and not one return call back. Per another mechanic I need to change out my brake pads and possibly my rotors. All of this on my own dime with less then 10k mikes on the vehicle. Bottom line...will never buy another Cadillac or GM made product again.Diane, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the brakes on your XT5. It's disappointing that we haven't met expectations and I understand how frustrating this must be for you. We will be sure to discuss this with our team to improve our processes moving forward.
