A knowledgeable employee can make a difference

onMy opinion of the Cadillac of Lynnfield service department changed with the efforts of one Mark Gelinas whose outstanding attention to detail needs to be commended. I have had a persistent problem with the 2023 CT5 I leased from Chambers. I have tried to get this issue resolved with the sales person [who does not return calls once the car is taken by the customer] the service manager and others in the service department. I gave up on doing future business with Chambers till my experience with Mark who made sure ALL reported issues were addressed. Thank You Mark Arlen
