Dealership Service Review
I was the first appointment at 7:30am for an oil change and to check a rear left tire and back hatch light that was out. Three and a half hours later my car was ready with several customers being completed before me. Even the Service Manger was surprised I was still there. When checking out I informed my service representative I was not happy. He responded what do you want me to do? You can speak to the Service Manager …I just said I understand dealing with the public is different but I am just giving you some corrective criticism that is not the correct response to a customer and leave it at that…..Also he forgot to take off the coupon I presented, which I noticed and he corrected, seems overworked. I had a terrible service experience! The last two experiences were not up to par.
