What many take for granted, this basic service has always been done without issues. Reassuring to know that the service department has the same quality standards for this as they do with a thermostat / sensor replacement. The wash, multi point inspection, tire check/pressure are nice complementary touch. Rodrigo and the mechanics were courteous and professional.
