    Ease of online arranging for service. Prompt check in on arrival. Proving a loaner car. washing the car as part of the service MOST IMPORTANTLY , Dennis, the service manager, is outstanding! He listens to concerns, calls with updates, proves good explanation of services and a pleasure to work with over the years.

    Overall I love my Lexus it’s everything you would expect with its reputation as a brand. Service is professional my only complaint is sales, where I feel like I was duped into what was explained to me as a tire and rim warranty. I will never get any value from this warranty and I just hope it doesn’t cost me any more money than I have already spent.

    Customer Service Manager Dennis Pellegrino did his usual outstanding job. Checked me in quickly and kept my abreast of the car's progress. The customer waiting area was spotless and has a wonderful cafe area stocked with coffee, cold drinks, and snacks. And there's plenty of space to spread out in case you need to do some work while your vehicle is being serviced. Honestly, IRA Lexus in Danvers, MA has gotten it right. I would give them a 10.
    • You had a fantastic experience at Ira Lexus of Danvers, especially with Customer Service Manager Dennis. The quick check-in, regular updates, and comfortable waiting area with amenities like coffee, drinks, snacks, and ample space for work make for a top-notch customer service experience.     I brought my car in for an oil change and was told I needed a tire rotation I said sure but that’s it. I was pulled away to be told I needed all sorts of other work that I don’t believe to be true because I just had my car looked over when I was considering selling it and none of those issues were noted then. But I felt extremely pressured in getting the work done on the spot and every time I said no I was told there was a discount or a rental I could take. I was pressured into scheduling an appointment when I repeatedly said no I’ll call when I’m ready. No means no. I’m tempted to drive further away when I do complete the service to avoid repeating last nights headache and pushiness.

    My Lexus check engine light came on along with AWD malfunction. They got me in right away ran diagnostics and told me the problem was O2 sensor and it’s covered by my warranty.
