Quarterly service of my 2022 Lexus IX250 AWD

onCustomer Service Manager Dennis Pellegrino did his usual outstanding job. Checked me in quickly and kept my abreast of the car's progress. The customer waiting area was spotless and has a wonderful cafe area stocked with coffee, cold drinks, and snacks. And there's plenty of space to spread out in case you need to do some work while your vehicle is being serviced. Honestly, IRA Lexus in Danvers, MA has gotten it right. I would give them a 10.
