    I should have had all my prior vehicles serviced at Herb Chambers Ford! I brought my new Lincoln Aviator in for it’s first scheduled oil change. The efficiency and timeliness of service was impressive. Cindy even reminded me that I had rewards to use to pay for it. Thank you!

    I only have great things to say about my experience with the service team at Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree! Drew and others were personable and kept me well informed of the steps taken to service my Explorer. They made the almost month-long rental experience seamless as well.     This is the first time I went to this dealership looking for a used Explorer. First of all they are the only ones who have the most number of explorers in stock. Moreover, each vehicle is priced so right based on the miles driven, features etc that at once I got confused which one to pick. Chris attended me very well and was very patient with me. I booked red color on Saturday by making the down payment but changed my mind over the weekend to go with something else. On Monday morning I called Chris that I have changed my mind and want to go with another option. He just said thats fine which I was not expecting at all. I was expecting a little reluctance to be frank. I went again and selected another option. Herb Chambers dealerships, Herb Chambers Ford Braintree —-> way to go! You have made a customer for life.

  • I was not happy with my experience

    I received a letter, (the second one) telling me the part(s) were in to repair my 2020 escape. This was a recall from Ford from last Jan. The letter stated I was to call and schedule an appointment which I did. I went to the appointment at 9am on the designated day and after waiting for some time I was informed by the service person the part(s) were not in and I could leave and I would be receiving a phone call when I could come in for the appointment to have the work done. Not a very efficient way to conduct business in my opinion. I hope this gets some attention so people will not have to be so inconvenienced. Thanks, Paula Camiel

  • Never again…

    I must say that their services a quite expensive and was not the very best that I’ve encountered from other Ford dealerships repair shops. I was charged $200 to do a diagnostic to inspect a noise from my wheel and received an astronomical quote to get the work done. As I was in a bind and at work, I agreed to proceed. When I went to pick up my car the next day, no one ever went over the details of this stealthy bill and to top it off, when the mechanic drove my car around, the floor was full of mud as it was raining outside. No floor liner or steering wheel cover which I would expect from reputable dealership that charges a premium for services. I usually go to another Ford dealership for services but decided to give this one a try because it is closer to my residence. Usually, I get better rates & certain that would’ve been the case with this in my repairs. In addition, the other Ford vacuums out your car and does a wash at no additional cost. I would expect that if you have a bill that cost over $3000, at least the diagnostic exam would be waived, or there would be some type of incentive to return. To reiterate, I will not be returning.

    Very attentive service advisors, especially Drew, Explained solutions & options for every question I had. I have done business for years with Herb Chambers and I strongly believe they represent trust in their products and experience in their service. I was very happy with my decision to have my vehicle serviced here when ever ny maintenance is scheduled and to have service updates & recalls handled by professionals.

    First of all, Lisa Chamberlain was great to work with. I noticed they had a 2022 F-150 Raptor on their site for a great price compared to most dealerships. I called and spoke to Lisa who I worked out the details with. Then I noticed they had another Raptor also there, so I asked Lisa if it was ok for my brother to buy since he was looking for one also. This was agreed upon. I was going to buy both under my company, which was never brought up as an issue either. The wire info for the dealership was sent and I wired the money for the trucks to them. It was a Friday afternoon and they wouldn't receive it until Tuesday due to the Juneteenth holiday. I emailed the dealership on Tuesday morning and never got a response. I called and Lisa was off that day so another gentlemen took my name and number to find out. Scott Lewis the GM calls and confirms the wires were received and then states there were "red flags" and they needed to do a fraud check. I found that odd since I've bought plenty of vehicles and never had this happen. My company is relatively new so perhaps that was the red flag. Even though I was not financing with them Scott said my credit needed to be ran. Fine, we wanted the trucks so go ahead I guess. I was asked to provide details on my employment history, address history, where the wire transfer came from, etc. All of which I provided. So, this morning Scott emails me (I don't even get the dignity of a phone call) and says they decided to sell the Raptors locally. Really? This was NEVER brought up before. I even asked if they sold out of state to which I was told yes. I asked if anything was found in the fraud check since it would be nice to know if I was compromised. All I get is "it was a corporate decision". I called the corporate office twice and explained this situation and still crickets. I mean, the deal was agreed upon and I wired the funds to them. I did their fraud check and they ran my credit, but still I can't buy them??? All I'm told is it was a corporate decision to sell locally. What a cop out and a bunch of BS. They made me feel like a criminal.
    • Now I check two days later and they are listed for $5,000 more than the price I had an agreement on. You want to sell "locally" for more $$$.
