Well technically it was 19 hours from first test drive till completed paperwork, car explanation and driving away. Bobby Bronco was whom we were greeted by for a Bronco Heritage edition. The guy knows his stuff, was super friendly and helped with everything. Even went so far as to pre set things in the car for my height and clean and scrape my transferred plates. Employee pricing made things even easier and got a reasonable amount for my trade. Everyone was super friendly from management to finance and of course sales. Absolutely was taken care of and felt valued as a customer
