    Thanks to everyone at Towson BMW for helping me with getting a new vehicle, everyone at BMW Towson went above and beyond. They explained the options the vehicle has and went over setting up the vehicle. Casey was great to deal with and communicated to me everything throughout the process.   • Title problems

    I purchased a used 2017 Volvo xc90 on January 23,2024 and I have contacted three different persons at this dealership. Both by phone and in person. In reference to the title. I was told by all three that they were going to take care of it.that hasn't happened and now no one returns my calls.I personally went to Department of motor vehicles and I was informed that the person who traded the Volvo in probably had a lien on it. Because of that I won't be able to receive a the title until that lien is satisfied. The DMV STATE THAT HAVE NO INFORMATION DATA ON THE VEHICLE THAT I PURCHASED. I PAID CASH FOR THIS VEHICLE AND I HAVE NO PROOF OF OWNERSHIP.

    I was very pleased with my sales experience. Problem came after delivery of the car. This is a used Lexus with about 5,000 miles. I should have received 2 keys plus a key card. Only got one key and no key card. I was told they would get a second key to me. As yet I have not received it

    BMW Towson made the experience easy. I love that they sent me reminders and provided options as my end of lease neared. This location always makes you feel special and important. I chose to buy my leased vehicle since I had low mileage and I still love my x4 so much. My original salesperson just moved into the finance area and so glad we got to work with him again.     I had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle here this week. I found a car searching online that met my budget and has features I wanted. I pushed a button about a test drive, and the team reached out right away to help me. I had an appointment with Donelle Battle and he hooked me up every step of the way. He was flexible with the time I arrived and had the car ready and waiting for me to check out as soon as I got there. He took me on a test drive, answered all my questions, and was so helpful though the purchase process. Everyone I interacted with there was so kind and friendly.     This review is shared between sales and service, as it was a coordinated effort. Both the sales manager and service manager were very professional and listened to my concerns. They both understood my concerns, and while they could’ve easily taken another route, they chose to listen and provide a quick resolution. A big shout-out to Jim S., John M., and Greg M.! It’s nice to know a business that prioritizes values and professionalism, as it’s far and few between these days. Towson BMW will get future business from me/my family due to how upstanding they are as a team.

    I bought a vehicle from BMW of Towson back in June. I purchased a tire and wheel warranty at the time of my purchase. I was told that I could cancel the warranty and receive a refund within 6 months of canceling if I chose to do so. I canceled the warranty a few weeks after the purchase. The BMW warranty office confirmed that the warranty was canceled and sent to BMW of Towson back in July so they could give me the $3,100 refund. It’s been over 90 days and no refund. The worst thing is that I can’t get any correspondence from them about the status or exactly what the issue is. They are not returning emails or phone calls.

    The sales experience went well, however the condition of the vehicle once taking it home was mildly disappointing. 1. Detail was not what you would expect for a 70k+ vehicle. 2. The car appears to need a couple of new rotors and pads, which I have reached out to them about. They are willing to look and replace if they determine the rotors to be warped. My issue with this is I am 2hrs away and the determination would be subjective. To be continued.

    I had decided to look at/buy a 2022 BMW X3. Although their website had the car advertised, when I went to the dealership, I was told it was located at another dealership. They had another X3 I could test drive. I liked it and the salesperson went to retrieve the X3 I had come to look at. I found something to do for a couple of hours while the salesperson retrieved the car. The car ends up having a section of damaged paint and a couple of scratches. Salesperson gets the manager who OKs the paint repair. I could bring the car back the following week. Since the sale was contingent on the paint repair, I felt it was the dealer's responsibility to arrange that and the salesperson agreed to do so. To this point, the salesperson was very attentive. Once the papers were signed, it was like a switch went off. Several weeks later, I am still waiting for the salesperson to arrange the repair. The salesperson told me the loan rate would be around 8%. When the loan officer brought the papers for me to sign, the rate was 9 3/4%. I told him my credit union was 7 1/4%. He said let me see what I can do. He came back with papers with 7 3/4%, pointing out it was less than $10 per month (for 60 months) more than my credit union. I said no, I'll get the loan from my credit union. He goes away and comes back with loan papers at 7 1/4%. Fine. Next was arranging insurance. The same person said I was insured through my existing insurance. I had not bought a car in over 20 years and wanted to discuss with my agent. He insisted I was okay to take the car that day. I refused. The next morning, my agent told me I had liability coverage but not collision so if I had taken the car and had an accident, I was out of luck. When I went to pick up the car, it was not ready, the person who sold me the car was not there and no one knew anything about my situation. Fortunately, another salesperson took over. The car was being cleaned. Eventually, the car was brought out and tags were put on it. My old car was over 20 years old and so had no electronics. The replacement salesperson sat with me for about 20 minutes, giving me an overview of the electronics. Finally, after (maybe) 2 hours, I had 'picked up' my car. The only good part of the entire experience was the 2nd salesperson.
