    I was looking for a slightly used BMW. They were pleasant, helpful and when I got to the dealership the 3 year old car was in mint condition, I mean perfect! There was no pressure to buy the car (it would not last) and the whole process was easy. They even offered to deliver it to me at no charge and I live an hour away. It did arrive with less than a 1/2 tank of gas and I was told their gas credit card would not work in my Maryland county so no full tank of gas for me. Oh well. Overall, the experience was a pleasant one and I would certainly recommend them.

    I needed tires and oil change, but the diagnostic report revealed that I had a serious oil leak and a major problem with a toe rod during the tire alignment procedure. The video that was texted to me showed me exactly what the issue. Great feature. I have been to the Towson, MD BMW service center on several occasions. This week, Greg Meyers was my service representative. He kept me informed and of the status of the repairs and was direct and informative. Although my bill was high, I felt that Greg did everything possible to find discounts and coupons that resulted in a fair price. Greg should be recognized for customer service excellence.

    Bought a ‘22 BMW X3 and although the SAV was as advertised I found it lacking an Operating Manual, and that was after being told both key fobs, mats and books were included. At the very end of their delivery, the sales person gave the explanation … “must not have gotten them with this vehicle”. Since I had already bought it; took it “as is”, but with a very bitter taste in my mouth about BMW of Towson.

    We bought X5 45e. we want to buy a car with adaptive cruis control.when I ask if the car can automaticly slow down when it runs close to car in front of .he just said yes, but without a clear detailed explanation, it caused a lot of misunderstanding and we are now very unhappy with the car

    Service is top of the line. Took my car in for low tire. Ended up needing 2 tires. On my way in to have tires mounted the coolant light came on. Discovered I needed an expansion tank that had to be ordered. The tank came on the next morning and they had me on my way by noon. Outstanding service
