I had the pleasure to meet and work with Johnathan to resolve a service situation. He listened to my remarks, and quickly went to work to provide outstanding service. He clearly explained what needed to be done and in the end assured that I was completely satisfied. it was a pleasure to meet him and I appreciate his work ethic.
