onBought a ‘22 BMW X3 and although the SAV was as advertised I found it lacking an Operating Manual, and that was after being told both key fobs, mats and books were included. At the very end of their delivery, the sales person gave the explanation … “must not have gotten them with this vehicle”. Since I had already bought it; took it “as is”, but with a very bitter taste in my mouth about BMW of Towson.
