Wonderful Experience

Alejandro was exceptionally great! I flew in from Chicago to pick up my car and he had all my… paper work ready before I got there. He answered any questions I had and would call and explain things to me over the phone since I had to commute to pick up the car. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction and goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. I felt cared for from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. They even exchanged contact information with me just in-case I would have any questions in regards to my car. I've had my car for a week now and Alejandro still checks in to make sure that everything is going well with me and my new car. This is a great dealership with people who care and are eager to help you find the right vehicle that is a fit for you!Congratulations on your new vehicle, Natalia! It's clear from the outset that they are customer focused, straightforward, and want to earn your business on the sales side, and then work hard to take care of you on the service side. Karen helped us with our most recent purchase and we couldn't have had a better experience from start to finish. Buying a car can be an unnecessarily stressful process and for many customers the typical way dealerships operate (high pressure, disingenuous pricing schemes, and incessant follow ups until you purchase) put people off to the process entirely. I like to buy my cars over the Internet, usually traveling 3-5 hours from where I live to get the best possible deal I can find. I like working with dealerships and sales staff that… embrace selling cars over the Internet with out the traditional inefficient experiences of coming into the dealership to play the "waiting game" in order to eventually get the best possible price. When purchasing a vehicle over the Internet I look for the following: 1. Clear, upfront, best offer pricing information that doesn't change when you arrive in person 2. The ability to handle most of the paperwork via email prior to visiting 3. Timely responses to questions via email 4. Spending less than 2 hours total time at the dealership for vehicle pickup. Max Moyer of BMW of Silver Spring gets how to sell cars in the Internet age, he exceeded all of my expectations, he has set a new bar for all of my future car buying experiences. This was my first time leasing a vehicle and both of them were very informative when… explaining in detail that purchase option. Andy was personable and attentive to my budget needs. Alex literally went over every mileage option with me. And, I cannot forget Andy's son Jr. the "BMW genius". He sat in the car with me and went over every button and gadget in the car, so when I left I was fully trained on how the car really worked. First, Max was excellent. When it looked like I was not going to be able to locate a… vehicle that met my wish list, Max helped me order the perfect X5. I LOVE IT!! Diving my new car every day is a dream. I never would have done this without Max's suggestion and guidance throughout the process. First Class Experience

More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman Alejandro Schubert. Not only was he extremely… knowledgably, but also a true professional. After doing much online research I walked into the dealership around 630pm on a Thursday evening with my mind set on purchasing a vehicle. Alejandro stayed with me through the whole process way after the dealership closed. He walked me out to my car at 1030 PM. He immediately followed up with me the next day to ensure all my needs were met and to arrange for me to bring the vehicle back so that it could be properly detailed. If I could give Alejandro more than 5 stars I would! My hats off to BMW of Silver Springs and Mr. Alejandro Schubert for making my purchase a first class experience!!!!BMW of Silver Spring has sold me on being a BMW customer
by Schwarme on 03/08/2019Compared to other local BMW dealerships, they are far and above the best I've seen. Every interaction I had, whether it was Max Moyer, who lead their team effort, Andrew Lippincott from Finance, or their management - everything was done… above board, with ease, convenience, and with the customer in mind. With a 70+ hour a week work schedule I have little to no time to shop for cars, and need to work with someone that is flexible and prompt. Max literally brought the car I was interested in to my home so that I could test drive it. Moreover, he completely walked me through every question and provided answers that would come freely from someone passionate about cars, vice someone just trying to sell you something. Additionally, when we came to the realization that the car I test drove didn't have all of the features I needed, he literally searched every car in the US to see what could best fit my needs, walking me through the pros and cons of each, given some of the feature disparities they may have. In the end, he found "my car" and dropped it off at my house, bringing me the paperwork to sign. I literally never stepped foot in the dealership, dealt with the hours of hassle I've experienced elsewhere whether its waiting to test drive a car, "the manager talk", the finance features hard sell, or other waste of time negotiation strategies. All in all, I minimized by time invested, got exactly what I needed, and worked with people who were trustworthy. I wholeheartedly recommend BMW of Silver Spring and laud them for hiring leaders like Max and Andrew.Thanks so much for the positive feedback and recommendation! Well worth the four hour drive
by Duncans on 02/28/2019Although I was dreading the four hour drive from Pittsburgh to Silver Spring, I must say that it was the best car buying experience that I've had. Our main concern was that we would drive four hours for this "great deal" but then have it… not turn out to be what we were told or what we expected. I am very pleased to say that BMW of Silver Spring exceeded our expectations. The deal was as promised (nothing in my area or within a 200 mile radius even came close) and every member of the staff with whom we dealt (especially Karen and Mikhial) went above and beyond the call of duty in order to accommodate us. The drive was well worth it. I would definitely do it again and I would definitely recommend BMW of SS to my friends. In fact, I already have.Congratulations on your new vehicle!
