BMW of Silver Spring

Although I was dreading the four hour drive from Pittsburgh to Silver Spring, I must say that it was the best car buying experience that I've had. Our main concern was that we would drive four hours for this "great deal" but then have it not turn out to be what we were told or what we expected. I am very pleased to say that BMW of Silver Spring exceeded our expectations. The deal was as promised (nothing in my area or within a 200 mile radius even came close) and every member of the staff with whom we dealt (especially Karen and Mikhial) went above and beyond the call of duty in order to accommodate us. The drive was well worth it. I would definitely do it again and I would definitely recommend BMW of SS to my friends. In fact, I already have.
