Compared to other local BMW dealerships, they are far and above the best I've seen. Every interaction I had, whether it was Max Moyer, who lead their team effort, Andrew Lippincott from Finance, or their management - everything was done above board, with ease, convenience, and with the customer in mind. With a 70+ hour a week work schedule I have little to no time to shop for cars, and need to work with someone that is flexible and prompt. Max literally brought the car I was interested in to my home so that I could test drive it. Moreover, he completely walked me through every question and provided answers that would come freely from someone passionate about cars, vice someone just trying to sell you something. Additionally, when we came to the realization that the car I test drove didn't have all of the features I needed, he literally searched every car in the US to see what could best fit my needs, walking me through the pros and cons of each, given some of the feature disparities they may have. In the end, he found "my car" and dropped it off at my house, bringing me the paperwork to sign. I literally never stepped foot in the dealership, dealt with the hours of hassle I've experienced elsewhere whether its waiting to test drive a car, "the manager talk", the finance features hard sell, or other waste of time negotiation strategies. All in all, I minimized by time invested, got exactly what I needed, and worked with people who were trustworthy. I wholeheartedly recommend BMW of Silver Spring and laud them for hiring leaders like Max and Andrew.
