    I am very pleased with the my recent service experience at AutoNation. My service advisor, Moises was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the process from check in to check out. The inspection revealed that we needed additional work done and that it would take a few more hours to complete. Moises thoroughly explained what needed to be done and the cost for the repairs in a way that I understood and felt assured that the work would be done correctly and timely. He is the best advisor at AutoNation! This my second time being assigned to him we will only take our vehicle to AutoNation for future repairs and services thanks to Moises and their other competent staff! Thanks to all.

  • My car is hesitating

    I had an 8:30am appointment. I was the last person to leave the dealership at 2:45pm (they close at 3). I only needed a battery but the parts company never delivered the brand new battery so the team had to pull a battery from a new Encore and replace my battery with bad cell. I never recieved a service receipt or a warranty; but I guess I wouldnt. What bothers me - no receipt to show the service although I was promised an email receipt. What i appreciate - my service team tried to make right the wrong that they had no control over (stupid parts supplier).

    I scheduled my appointment, on line and requested to get a call back to verify what scheduled service this would be for. I promptly received a call back from Keisha, the service technician who explained it was only an oil change and multipoint inspection with tire rotation.

    I had a pleasant experience yesterday. I made the appointment and brought the car to the shop. My intake was with Takesha Porter. Upon pickup, she explained the bill with me welcomed me back next service time. Great experience and service was good.

  • Not a great first visit.

    I brought my car in on a Tuesday...and heard nothing. I called them on a Saturday to get an update and left a message. I called back Monday and was on hold for an hour before I heard anything back. So it was a total of 7 days, 3 phone calls and about 80 minutes on hold before I heard ANYTHING about my air conditioner and rear door issue. The tech I worked with originally never contacted me. The new tech I spoke to was polite, helpful and understanding. I will go back and give them another chance, as I know not every place is perfect 100% of the time.

  • Cracked Rim

    I called the dealership and explained that I had a cracked rim which was causing a slow leak in my tire. They said to bring it in and they would diagnose the problem. The tire store that first looked at it said that it should be covered under warranty because the rim was obviously defective (the crack was on a seam) and just over 2 years old. The service department called after about 1 1/2 hours to say that yes the rim was cracked and no it was not covered under warranty deeming it a road hazard condition. They also said that the car was not safe to drive, they did not have another rim to fix the problem and they did not have a loaner car available. If I wanted to speak to someone else about the issue, I needed to go through sales. On the way back to the service department, I stopped and asked our salesman, Darryl Reid, to accompany me to the service department. I have a long standing relationship with Mr. Reid and he is always professional and eager to assist me. Once we got to the service department, they said that I could take the car. I'm not sure why they changed their mind and let me take the car home. It wasn't that they did anything wrong, it was that they didn't do anything to help me. I left feeling very frustrated and disappointed. This is my favorite dealership. I have bought three cars from them and never had a problem with the service department. This experience was mediocre and I expected better of them.

    I was quoted an amount a week before. When I finally got my vehicle a week later, the bill was $700 more.

    Good customer service when you can reach someone. It was very difficult to get ahold of Demitri no matter if it was by phone or email. Great customer service hinges on communication. Also when you give a customer their vehicle back cleaning it off is a good idea. I got mine back with dirty, mud and smeared hand prints all over the hood.
