My car is hesitating

onI had an 8:30am appointment. I was the last person to leave the dealership at 2:45pm (they close at 3). I only needed a battery but the parts company never delivered the brand new battery so the team had to pull a battery from a new Encore and replace my battery with bad cell. I never recieved a service receipt or a warranty; but I guess I wouldnt. What bothers me - no receipt to show the service although I was promised an email receipt. What i appreciate - my service team tried to make right the wrong that they had no control over (stupid parts supplier).
