Not a great first visit.

onI brought my car in on a Tuesday...and heard nothing. I called them on a Saturday to get an update and left a message. I called back Monday and was on hold for an hour before I heard anything back. So it was a total of 7 days, 3 phone calls and about 80 minutes on hold before I heard ANYTHING about my air conditioner and rear door issue. The tech I worked with originally never contacted me. The new tech I spoke to was polite, helpful and understanding. I will go back and give them another chance, as I know not every place is perfect 100% of the time.
