Ronny Moore is the best!
by M Burns on 12/01/2021Two years ago I was interested in finding out what color red the C-RV’s came in. I was at the dealership to have my Accord serviced. Ronny showed me a new C-RV in red with no pressure to buy. I had told him I wasn’t ready yet, but would… call him when I was ready. Fast forward to September 2021. I called Ronny, went to see him the next day and put a deposit on an on-order red C-RV! I picked it up November 3. Ronny stayed in touch and when I picked my car up, trained me on all the features. He’s the best!Congratulations on your new Honda CR-V! We are overjoyed that Ronnie could make things happen for you and finally get you into your perfect, new vehicle! Fantastic sales team

I have purchased three Honda’s over the years from other dealers and this is by far the easiest… and nicest experience. Kevin Schroeder was the best. He was not pushy, answered my many, many questions and treated me more like a family member than someone he had just met. Signing the paperwork was a breeze also and fun with Efti. He could make a stone statue smile. I had already used the service department several times with my CRV and they have always been excellent also. Grainger Honda on Chatham Parkway is the Bomb

I went in to get my vehicle service like I normally do. While waiting I went to see what new vehicles were on site. I… came across the Sporty Ridgeline truck and I told Nicole about it and without any hesitation she introduced me to John Cason. This man is incredibly knowledgeable about this vehicle. He is so kind and caring about what I wanted. If I could give him a 20 instead of 10 rating I would. After getting all information I wanted I decided to buy it. John Cason introduced me to Hunter Sharp the financial manager. He went out of the way and beyond what I was expecting. If I could rate him 20 instead of 10 I would. Nicole Owens is the bomb. This lady is truly amazing. She will inform you on all aspects of car insurance and without any hesitation introduced you to the appropriate person at Grainger for your needs. She would also get a rating of 20 instead of 10 if I could. Grainger Honda has the best people working for them. They care about what the customer wants and go out of the way to get it done. For me Honda will be my home for buying vehicles. I would like to say thank you Nicole, John and Hunter for your caring and support of my needs and desires purchasing my vehicle. I actually had a pleasant time, it was 2 people that had exceptional customer service 1 was Mr. Aubrey… Whiting and I didn’t get the other guy name he was the first person I spoke with. I was so pleased with Mr. Aubrey Whiting, Thanks for being so nice, professional and kind. Good Customer Service is hard to find so when I get it I appreciated. Stuck in Savanna
by Scrilly on 10/18/2021After being towed to the dealership at Grainger Honda, we described to the Service Manager what was going on with our Pilot, (new battery not charging) and that we were from Pennsylvania trying to get home.He put us on the fast track and… handed us over to AUBREY WHITING. Aubrey was great. Although they didn’t have the part (alternator) there, Aubrey had one sent in. He kept us up to date on what was going on, was very nice and answered all of our questions. In only 3 1/2 hours we were on our way (which i think is great since we had no appointment and they were very busy). Thanks again to Aubrey and the service manager at Grainger Honda for getting us home!Thank you so much for your positive review! Excellent Customer Care
by Irma on 10/16/2021Just a routine car maintenance. The wrench icon popped up on my dash and I called and was scheduled for service. Got in touch with a real live person to make the appointment. I waited in the Waiting Area, the area was clean and… comfortable and full of amenities. The seating areas had electrical outlets and ports for charging electronics. Chilled water was available as was hot coffee. Steve Morgan, leader of the Blue Team, was knowledgeable and helpful. Always a nice experience.
