onAfter being towed to the dealership at Grainger Honda, we described to the Service Manager what was going on with our Pilot, (new battery not charging) and that we were from Pennsylvania trying to get home.He put us on the fast track and handed us over to AUBREY WHITING. Aubrey was great. Although they didn’t have the part (alternator) there, Aubrey had one sent in. He kept us up to date on what was going on, was very nice and answered all of our questions. In only 3 1/2 hours we were on our way (which i think is great since we had no appointment and they were very busy). Thanks again to Aubrey and the service manager at Grainger Honda for getting us home!
