From the moment I stepped out of my car (2015 Honda CRV Touring) until I drove off in my 2022 Honda Pilot Touring, it was a pleasant experience. I have purchased three Honda’s over the years from other dealers and this is by far the easiest and nicest experience. Kevin Schroeder was the best. He was not pushy, answered my many, many questions and treated me more like a family member than someone he had just met. Signing the paperwork was a breeze also and fun with Efti. He could make a stone statue smile. I had already used the service department several times with my CRV and they have always been excellent also. You have a customer for life.
