John Cason, Hunter Sharp, Nicole Owens are the reason Grainger Honda will always have a satisfying customer experience. I went in to get my vehicle service like I normally do. While waiting I went to see what new vehicles were on site. I came across the Sporty Ridgeline truck and I told Nicole about it and without any hesitation she introduced me to John Cason. This man is incredibly knowledgeable about this vehicle. He is so kind and caring about what I wanted. If I could give him a 20 instead of 10 rating I would. She will inform you on all aspects of car insurance and without any hesitation introduced you to the appropriate person at Grainger for your needs. She would also get a rating of 20 instead of 10 if I could. Grainger Honda has the best people working for them. They care about what the customer wants and go out of the way to get it done.
