    Ram has been my service manager for the life of my 2020 Honda Pilot. He so very polite and helpful. He communicates well and keeps me updated on the schedule and pickup times. He even walks me TO my car when I come to pick it up to be sure everything is in good shape when I get in. THAT is service.
  • Free 29 Point Inspection and Petty Theft

    I took my vehicle in for their Free 29 Point Inspection. I waited for my vehicle. There was no specified time given for the job completion. It took about a couple of hours. This is not the reason why I am giving 1 star. Later that day, I noticed personal property was missing from my vehicle. I know it was there in my vehicle at the time of this service. It slipped my mind about removing it. It could have been taken while it was on the service line or in the service bay. Theft is wrong. The shop was closed and I know the service personnel would have denied it if I had report it. CONSUMER BEWARE!!! DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING...NOT EVEN A PENNY IN YOUR IN YOUR VEHICLE when you take it here for service!!! I have been coming here for years. Until the last few years I have been a little disappointed about the prices. But the theft is the last draw. I am going to find someplace else to get my vehicle service and DIY as much as possible.

    I had my daughter take her car to get an oil change, she doesn’t know too much about cars, so the technician called me and explained to me in great detail as to what was going on with the car. I really appreciate her time and patience it was greatly appreciated!

    My experience at Thornton road Honda has not been the best but not the worst. I took my Ridgeline and Accord there a couple of times. When I picked the Ridgeline one time to have the serpentine belt replaced, the report said that they checked the battery and air filter. but, when I got home I checked the air filter. It was still dirty. And, the battery died on me the next day. I had to replace it myself.

    Wow, what an exceptional dealership! I was treated with utmost respect from the moment I arrived. Despite arriving early for my vehicle's service and oil change, I anticipated a delay due to the high volume of customers, but I didn't mind waiting since I had the time. However, to my surprise, once the service was completed, the service advisor handed me a zero-dollar invoice as a gesture of appreciation for my patience. It was unexpected because they could have easily waived only the oil change charges and still charged for the other services. Additionally, the thoughtful service advisor mentioned that she had started my vehicle and left the AC on, considering it was a warm day. This level of care and attention went above and beyond my expectations. I am more than satisfied with the experience and plan to give them the highest possible reviews. This dealership has truly won me over with their outstanding service.

    Very prompt and professional service. The waiting room was clean and they provided coffee! My attendant took the time to give me and update while waiting. The manager even stopped by to inquire if I was being taken care of. Great service!

    Everyone was very nice when I came to get my car serviced. The only thing my car was not vacuumed out as the plan stated and my appointment was at 8:30am and I didn't leave until 11:30am. Long wait for just getting oil changed.

    I have been in search for a new HR-V and most dealerships did not have the SUV in stock. I went to AutoNation Honda Thornton Rd and Ellis Gripper greeted me. He informed me that there were no HR-V’s in stock but he would contact me once the next shipment arrived. He did just that! Ellis communicated just as he said he would. He was very professional and went over and beyond by even coming in to dealership on his day off to close the deal! Every one that I encounter at AutoNation Honda Thornton were great!

  • The service was fine except for the bad communication of procedures

    I arrived on time, drove into ther service area, but the one bearded guy at the counter was on the phone, and just said, "Park over there in front of the door." I did that and waited 10 minutes, thinking that someone was going to come to my car and tell me what was next. I finally got out of the car, walked back to the bearded guy, who was still on the phone, and gave him my appointment print out and car fob. He said, "go sit down in the lobby." I waited almost an hour and 45 minutes to get an oil change, and finally wandered out to ask about my car. The bearded guy said, "See the lady at the last counter." She couldn't find my paperwork, looked all over for it at other desks, and finally said, "oh, here it is, right in front of me." Then it turned out that my car was done with its oil change less than 45 minutes after I got there, only no one told me they would just be texting me when it was done. I sat around twice as long, for nothing. My phone didn't make any noise to let me know they were done. After paying about $12 or $13 over what the "special oil change coupon" said, I wandered out into the parking lot to find my car, after the lady found my car fob. This was one of the more brain-dead experiences I've had, considering I bought my new Honda Fit car from AutoNation Honda on February 1st, 2019. Maybe I should just go to a regular oil change place in the future. This was a pretty weird experience.

    I have a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from AutoNation Honda. Tayo was awesome. He answered any question I had and made the process flow easily. The finance manger listened to i what needed and helped to make things happen. Everyone was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.
