onMy experience at Thornton road Honda has not been the best but not the worst. I took my Ridgeline and Accord there a couple of times. When I picked the Ridgeline one time to have the serpentine belt replaced, the report said that they checked the battery and air filter. but, when I got home I checked the air filter. It was still dirty. And, the battery died on me the next day. I had to replace it myself.
