    Service advisors are all friendly and professional, which is your saving grace. However, wait time for a simple oil change and tire rotation is way too long even with an appointment. There is no reason for it to take over 3 hours when… other places can get it done in under 45 minutes. All places are dealing with the same challenges that you are and still get it done.

    Hi, Triston, I hope your Supervisour Kirk will see this review. As much as I was satisfied with the way Kirk treat us in that location, you have done an amazing job which tells me that the culture of great customer service is carried on… from managers to advisors and all the rest of the employees in that location.     I took my car in to have it serviced because the 2nd CO2 light was staying on. The CO2 sensor is under the car. They ended up under the hood saying that the ambient wire harness was laying in a puddle of water in the wheel well. Then said… they had to buy the shutter plastic piece that fits over the radiator. Which we decided the last time I had it in that all they had to do was attach that wire harness under the dash so my air conditioner would work and the shutter piece was not necessary to be replaced. So 1092. 00 and three weeks later, numerous calls later because no one would stay in touch with us to keep us up to date, I went to pick up my car. The car was to be put back together the day before but was still all torn apart and the tech working on it was gone. So two more days later I finally picked it up. The next day the CO 2 light came back on and the ambient temp on my dash is reading 135 degrees. The problem was not fixed. They said I should not have any more of these kinds of problems. And yet here we are. So I give them a negative star.

  • Avoid this place

    So I recently ordered a vehicle through them and it came in last week so I went to the dealership ready to buy my vehicle. But once I got there it a was insanely bad except for the Finance Manager. My sales rep brought out a sheet of paper… with the full price break down of everything including my trade in, which was about $3000 lower than what KBB had it marked at, and when I said that’s insane he told me that it was because of the mileage which was under 80k miles for a 2011 when every dealership has been selling the exact same spec for over $14k, and then I told them that since I am a college student I have the Ford Student Rebate which they told me, “ we are not honoring that right now because of this vehicle in high demand so we could sell if really quick if you don’t buy it”. I lost my mind at this point and really wanted to walk out because they were screwing me over but I really wanted and needed this vehicle so I bought it but if you have a chance to go elsewhere PLEASE DO SO!
