Service advisors are all friendly and professional, which is your saving grace. However, wait time for a simple oil change and tire rotation is way too long even with an appointment. There is no reason for it to take over 3 hours when other places can get it done in under 45 minutes. All places are dealing with the same challenges that you are and still get it done.
