    The service personal are wonderful and the waiting room is neat, clean and relaxing. I feel good taking my car for servicing there. My one complaint is having an appointment time which means nothing. You still can have a1-3 hour wait time, which makes no sense to schedule an appointment. This area needs work badly. If they can get that issue fixed then I can give 5 stars.

    Waited over 4 hours for an oil change and transmission fluid change. Had an appointment but the time was not honored. Was also quoted the wrong pricing over the phone before bringing in my vehicle - paid over double what was anticipated.

    I arrived without an appointment, Service advisor (Michael) gave the time frame due to vehicle ahead of me. It was serviced in half the time stated. Michael kept me updated and called me when it was completed.

  • Scheduled recall, oil change and tire rotation

    Refused to do recall even tho I scheduled on app. Oil change and tire rotation took 2hrs. To do. Did not top off nitrogen in tires. Wondering now if safety inspection was done at all. Sad part is I purchased my vehicle at jim Tidwell Ford! Not happy
