    Started the service with Chris. He was extremely helpful and patient with my calls and e-mails. He handled everything for me from calling insurance and setting up a rental.     After weeks of searching for a solid used car for my son to take to college we ran across a great used BMW at Jim Tidwell. Steve was exceptionally helpful and easy to work with and helped to shepherd us through the process. From the test drive to the to the finance to the delivery everything went very smoothly. Even when the ABS light came on during the test drive they took care of getting it fixed - even sending it out of house to the BMW dealership for repair - without adding to the cost.

  • Don’t expect quick service

    I set up an appointment for a few things to be taken care of with my car 3 weeks in advance, and it still took them nearly 2 weeks to take care of my car. All without any updates or notifying me of what my car needed. I had to call them to get updates. It took a week and a half just to get an estimate as to when my car would be done, and I had to call and get it. Not coming back, I would rather work on my car myself than deal with them again.

  • How do you “forget” about a customer in for service

    I made appointment for oil change, fuel filter, and service on a recall. First Chris the service writer is great. I checked in, and went to wait. Chris said 2-3 hours. As it passed 3.5 hours I went looking and Chris was at lunch. At 4 hours I went in search of Chris or anyone. Chris returned about that time and went to check. Can you believe they had done NOTHING on my truck. Then they wanted me to “wait” to do it. I left but returned as I had to get the recall at least. Chris made sure it go on the lift immediately and made the tech change the oil while it was on the lift. (Usually it’s on 2 separate lifts). And was then told “they didn’t even have my fuel filters. I spent $90,000 for this truck, I regret buying it as it’s been issue after issue. I’ll never buy another Ford!
