Don’t expect quick service

onI set up an appointment for a few things to be taken care of with my car 3 weeks in advance, and it still took them nearly 2 weeks to take care of my car. All without any updates or notifying me of what my car needed. I had to call them to get updates. It took a week and a half just to get an estimate as to when my car would be done, and I had to call and get it. Not coming back, I would rather work on my car myself than deal with them again.
