After weeks of searching for a solid used car for my son to take to college we ran across a great used BMW at Jim Tidwell. Steve was exceptionally helpful and easy to work with and helped to shepherd us through the process. From the test drive to the to the finance to the delivery everything went very smoothly. Even when the ABS light came on during the test drive they took care of getting it fixed - even sending it out of house to the BMW dealership for repair - without adding to the cost.
