How do you “forget” about a customer in for service

I made appointment for oil change, fuel filter, and service on a recall. First Chris the service writer is great. I checked in, and went to wait. Chris said 2-3 hours. As it passed 3.5 hours I went looking and Chris was at lunch. At 4 hours I went in search of Chris or anyone. Chris returned about that time and went to check. Can you believe they had done NOTHING on my truck. Then they wanted me to “wait” to do it. I left but returned as I had to get the recall at least. Chris made sure it go on the lift immediately and made the tech change the oil while it was on the lift. (Usually it’s on 2 separate lifts). And was then told “they didn’t even have my fuel filters. I spent $90,000 for this truck, I regret buying it as it’s been issue after issue. I’ll never buy another Ford!
