    I know that dealers are extremely busy right now, but Jordyn took her time to call me and keep me informed of the progress on my vehicle repairs. Great experience!

    Had vehicle for 2.5 months never called me I called every other day for status. Car was operating when put in for BCM work and to clean the tubbing for the air conditioner in sunroof. Non operational after 2 months. After several upset calls from me they said it was fixed. Picked up discovered they left window down and returned cat with tire pressure gauge on. Asked them to ck pressure in tires they said not if not flat. BS you don't return a car with dash lights on and not inform the customer before you hand them the keys. So they put air in tire. Went to drive it and the dome light started flickering in and off. Took right back had to throw a temper tantrum to get them to fix it with out charge as it was working before I took it to them and to get them to vacume up moisture from windows down. They had the cat and additional week. Called said it was fixed picked it up and now the back windows don't operate correctly. Machine for hooking up my concentrator for my father's oxygen is no longer hooked up and when I turned in the heat the check engine light illuminated again. If I could give a negative star rating it would be a negative 1000 stars plus more.

    Being from out of town is difficult enough. Having to purchase a new truck during these times put us over the edge. Both Luis and Ty made the experience a pleasant one. We purchased an F250 diesel in transit and are very happy with our trade and new truck. Thank you all!

    Ordered my car back in February and due to shortages and holds out of the dealerships control it didn't arrive until mid-November. Between Jeremy Smith and Luis Jusino I was constantly provided updates and remarkable service. I would definitely buy a car again.

    Quick and efficient service. Only reason not 5 star was that the plastic and mat was still in car and it was parked so close to the other cars in the parking lot, I almost had to ding my door getting in.

    I dropped my truck off the night before my schedule service because I had a 7:30 appointment set online. I had received a confirmation email letting me know my service was schedule and received serval text reminding of the service. I wanted the 50k mile service and door latch freezing recall done. At 5:30 the following day I had to call to find out if my truck was ready because I hadn’t heard from anyone. Turns out there was no record of the service I wanted done and nothing had been done to my truck other than they were trying to recreate the freezing door latch in 60 degree weather. I paid for just an oil change but not 100% certain that even happened. This is the fourth time I’ve had my truck at Jim Tidwell and only one did I receive good service. My next communication will be to Ford directly about how bad their service is.

    I would recommend them to all my friends. I’m going through some rough times right now and Michael was a definite blessing!! My car is very old but I needed it checked out bc I’m moving to Alabama in a week. My car isn’t worth much but I wanted to keep it running. I went to Jim Tidwell Ford expecting to spend a lot more money that it was worth. But Michael Guittar worked with me and it was so much cheaper than I expected. Thank you so much Michael. What a blessing.

Sandi made sure to communicate with me throughout the process to make sure I knew what was going on with my car. She also showed tremendous empathy for the difficulty I had with not having my own car. Sandi took the time to get to know me and continuously asked how I was and how things were going in my life.
