I dropped my truck off the night before my schedule service because I had a 7:30 appointment set online. I had received a confirmation email letting me know my service was schedule and received serval text reminding of the service. I wanted the 50k mile service and door latch freezing recall done. At 5:30 the following day I had to call to find out if my truck was ready because I hadn’t heard from anyone. Turns out there was no record of the service I wanted done and nothing had been done to my truck other than they were trying to recreate the freezing door latch in 60 degree weather. I paid for just an oil change but not 100% certain that even happened. This is the fourth time I’ve had my truck at Jim Tidwell and only one did I receive good service. My next communication will be to Ford directly about how bad their service is.
