The service rep is [non-permissible content removed], first she tells me my car will be ready the same day 2h pass I get a call from her saying her technician said he won’t get to it tell the next day. I also had to pay for a rental out of pocket. The next day I call around 10am left a voiceMail never got a call back so I decided to call back at 11am she picked up assured me that my car is still been worked on, I asked her when will it be ready she said in the afternoon. I called back around 1:53am she said the technician is still working on your car and that I see him working on your black Ford Explorer I said I’m sorry but I don’t drive a black explorer she then said dark grey I said not even close mine is silver she said give me a few minutes lemme go check. Came back and said he will work on it now. I got a call at 4pm she said your car is ready for pickup. When I picked up my car I reviewed the dash cam video my car was never touched on the first day second day they started working on the car at 2:15pm and the car was parked back at 3pm moral of the story why make me pay for a 2 days Rental when my car was only been worked on for 1h.
