onI took my Mustang to Jim Tidwell Service for its 10,000-mile service. I used the online service appointment booking function, which was intuitive, simple and fast. I told the service manager that I would wait on my vehicle. The service manager was very courteous, and the car was finished within an hour with total charges being less than I expected. Overall, it was a very good customer experience.
