  • Way things should work

    Dropped my car off for routine maintenance. “The Works” oil change, tire rotation,…etc. I received a text message when it was ready. Picked it up about two hours later. Payed the bill and out in about 15 minutes. This is the way things should work.

  • Poor customer satisfaction

    Would not fix csp” customer satisfaction program “ problems that showed up for my vehicle, stating that I was over on the mileage for a free fix. I called the ford corporate office they said that most all dealers would fix those type of issues regardless of mile ergo the name of the program. They told me to take to another dealership and that they should repair the issues instead of trying to charge me $700 to fix an issue that ford had already flagged for attention. I took it out to hardy ford in Dallas ga and they addressed the issues no charge.

    Wow these dudes stayed late when my Chevy truck broke down on the way to California. Louis was more than helpful doing the paper work on the truck. The finance dude looks like Ross from friends pretty friendly and funny too I made it safe back to California thanks to these guys.

    I picked up my custom ordered Bronco last week. Great experience with everyone at Jim Tidwell but especially Brandon. Smooth transaction, no surprises, no pressure to buy warranties (offered but no pressure), good offer on my trade in. In and out quickly. A pleasure at any time but especially appreciated in today’s market where additional mark ups and last minute add-ons are not too uncommon. None of those games here. 👍

    Luis was awesome to work with during the process of ordering and obtaining our car. He was attentive to me and very honest and kind.     My service advisor, Candace, has been wonderful. She answered my initial call, was explicit in explaining the process of getting my vehicle diagnosed, and has been forthright in her communications since I dropped the vehicle off with her. I’m very appreciative of her client service expertise. She has answered all of my questions, has been open and honest without over promising. That’s important in this time of employee/supply shortages. The technicians have diagnosed the problem, and now it will be repaired. I’m very glad to be at Tidwell Ford. Thanks, Candace!
