I have been getting my oil changed there since I purchased my 2017 ford fusion from them and 90 percent of the time it is between a 2-3 hr wait with a appointment I never really complain because I usually drop my vehicle off on a Saturday and take care of my chores and I am ready when they call me but todays visit is on a Thursday and it took 1hr and 45 mins for a oil change with a appointment. When I got there I informed the advisor that I had a Dr’s appointment in 2 hours and I know that they usually take long to get your car back but she advised me they were slow today and it would be back within the hour, guess what I was late for my Dr’s appointment. The topper was when the young man brought my car to the front he had the worst attitude. I’m done!!! P.S please don’t put this on Covid or the War this has been happening since at least 2017
