onI want to find out information about a recall today. I talk to a new person named Johnny steetman Very polite and help me to find out about my recall on my Ford Explorer. Now this is the second time I’ve met this man named Michael Guittar he is a service advisor. I was so glad to see him because I remembered him he is very helpful and very professional. I’ve been with your dealer for a while now and I see people come and go and I hope you hold onto Michael Guittar he is definitely an asset to the Ford Dealership.
