    I had a disappointing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel. The dealership lacks transparency and honesty, making the entire process frustrating and a complete waste of time. Be extremely careful and well aware, they may try to mislead you. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a straightforward and trustworthy car-buying experience.

    Michael Nankovitch was my service advisor. He is always professional and efficient with the check in and check out process. He kept me informed of the progress on my car during the wait process. In addition, he provided options available to me to continue the pre-paid maintenance plan to replace the current plan that is now expired.

    We had a seamless buying experience. There was good communication by the salesman (Vinnie Antonello) before visiting regarding the vehicle I inquired about, 2023 Mercedes GLE450. When arriving, we test-drove the vehicle, received a reasonable value on our trade, completed the appropriate paperwork, and ultimately transferred to the finance department to complete the seamless process. This is the third vehicle I have bought from an AutoNation dealer. They have the process dialed in, and it is the first place I look when looking for a new car. The no-haggle process makes for a much more pleasant experience, and this is from someone who enjoys haggling.

    As always, Lindsey Roseberry, provided us with an outstanding customer service at the service department. I took my car with an appointment. I was expected and all the paper work for my order was ready, including a loaner car. Few days later when I returned the was washed and cleaned waiting for me to jump in and go. She takes a very good care of the work to be accomplish. She is well experienced and knows her cars. And more than anything outstanding attitude towards clientele.

    Our 2023 sprinter van blew up with only 6043 miles on it. After two weeks of waiting on van to be fixed, no loner car offered, we rented a vehicle. Then being told parts wouldn't be in til December 2024. When we called to check on van a lady told my husband do not call here we are busy,we will call you when we know something,never received a call. We finally drove down there. We was there over 7 hours trying to trade in other van for a new one, trying to negotiate a price (Howard). Wanted steps from old van on new one wanted to charge us 500. They finally did it for free. Having to get money sent to us we left. Told them we wanted the van get paperwork ready. They text us several times to when we was coming back was a holiday on Monday, we didn't get money til Wednesday. Went back on Wednesday Howard was off, Vinny took over maybe seen Vinny for 30 min at most was always running off to talk to other customers,did financing, Vinny walked us out to van went to pull to back to get stuff out of old van and they had parts on our brand new pad in back. Vinny was gone ,I had to walk back into dealership and went and got Austin service manager. He came outside got mechanic and helped us get our stuff out. Austin even got in van paired our phone, and showed us how to operate radio. Austin and mechanic was awesome ,Howard was ok just super tired of dealing with us after 7 hours. Vinny could have cared less about us. I feel Mercedes Benz should have bent over backwards for us we should have had a loner car. This will be my last van from them. I called 1800 number they was no help, I called dealership we bought old van from, the message we got from them was What do you want me to do about it?? From now on it's Ford, Dodge, and Buick cause Mercedes just doesn't care! And the day we did financing we was there another 6 hours! And we found a mistake in their adding which added over 900 to our final price. Vinny did get that changed. I was in customer service for 38 years and this is no way to treat a customer whether we are from here or Indianapolis Mercedes Benz. Someone should pay for our rental car we had for 2 weeks. Not us.

    Our sales associate Luis provided friendly knowledgeable advice on selecting a SUV. We were looking to buy a new Mercedes and after some discussion and test drive ended up purchasing a upgraded a used Model which saved us quite a bit of money.

    Great experience right up to the point of purchase. We made an appointment and unlike other dealerships we were greeted right away by multiple employees who let our salesperson know we had arrived. After looking at several vehicles we found one we wanted to buy. Up to this point everything was going smoothly. After the sale there have been broken promises and unanswered messages.

  • 1st Time Mercedes Dealership Oil Change On A Newly Purchased Used CLK350

    **Only doing the review because unlike most Mercedes drivers, I do not have extra money to waste. I drive used luxury cars because that is all I can afford. Because I got a great price on this car I had a little wiggle room for repairs. So this review is for those of you that value your hard earned money. Was nervous when I first pulled up. There seemed to be a lot of confusion with the porters not really knowing what was going on & it showed in their welcome. I was ushered into the waiting room to await my Service Advisor. While waiting, I witnessed another customer loudly complaining about her very long wait time & services she wanted not being completed. Since it was my first time there, it made me a bit uncomfortable. Shortly after, I met my advisor. He was a touch "cold" at first & looked like he had already had a rough, full day at 10am. Once we got talking he warmed up significantly. He was very informative as to the Service A & B cost & breakdown. Quite shocking to see what an oil change on a 2007 was going to cost me, but I went ahead & had it done because based on the extensive "checks" of the vehicle that are stated to be performed, I thought it wise since it was an older vehicle I had just private sale purchased. I stated the concerns I had with random noises, squeaks, & rough driving feel coming from the front end that I thought could be a suspension issue. He suggested not to get a diagnosis as it would be another hefty fee. By going with the B plan they would be able to determine quite a bit. Alrighty then, so I wait. After the service, the only thing they found is that I need different tires. Nothing else, which I thought very strange as there is mostly definitely a front end squeak when you turn the wheel & super rough handling when you go over any sort of bump. My advisor was extremely helpful with the details regarding new tires & even walked me out to the car to show me other features on it I wasn't aware of. He really was the only reason I am giving a 3 instead of lower. It was nice that they washed the car after the service. Upon leaving the dealership, all squeaks & rough riding were still present. I had the fuel treatment service & actually felt like the engine drove nicer. I had the brake fluid service because I just had new brakes & rotors put on at a different shop & it didn't look like the brake fluid had been flushed & the new brakes still felt squishy. After the Mercedes brake service, I felt no difference in the brakes. All very expensive lessons learned. It wasn't until I got home & opened my hood that I found my oil dipstick just resting up by my windshield pan. It made me really contemplate the level of "expertise" of the techs that serviced my car. When all was said and done I paid $757.51. We all hear that everyone is understaffed, overworked, quality & service has suffered. When the price is that high & the service paid for is not provided, you really can not complain or you get flagged as a Karen & it only becomes more frustrating with no solution. Was it a simple mistake? Maybe, but I will now be taking it to a non-Mercedes shop to get it looked over again. My opinion is that because of the age of my car (not the $100k new ones rolling in & out they are used to) & the fact they were backed up, a lot was just overlooked or not more than glanced at. The tires are newer and yes a sportier tread than the car should have but by no means should the car squeak & knock because of them when going over bumps. Yes, I will still be getting new tires to get an in general, smoother ride.

  • 10000 Maintenance Service

    Process was very fluid but the wait was extremely long. Awaiting for a simple 10000 miles service for more than 3 hours is not acceptable.

    All members of the Mercedes team were courteous and helpful. I required a pick up to the dealer which was made in a large vehicle that I (92 yrs) had difficulty getting in and out due to the height of step to get in and out of the vehicle. I nearly fell getting out.The vehicle looked like a very large car/ truck.

  • Door handle tech repair

    I had a driver door handle that didn’t perform properly with locking and unlocking the door. They replaced it which took a few days due to delivery and labor involved so I was provided a nice loaner to use. Very convenient and I was treated with the courtesy and professionalism I’ve come to expect with this dealer.

  • Tire Replacement and No Tire Pressure Sensor

    I took an ML350 in for 75k Service B and requested to replace all 4 tires. The SUV was there 5 days including weekend. When I left the dealership the tire pressure sensor warning was on and I had to reset the sensors. After a few minutes I received a message that the right rear tire sensor is missing and not displaying the tire pressure. I sent an email the next day to Mercedes Service asking how to address this (I was traveling out of country). I still have not received any response to my email.
